Booking requests

Submitting the online booking form sends a request only — it is not a confirmed appointment until our front desk contacts you. Same-day slots are subject to availability at your chosen branch.

Test preparation

You are responsible for following preparation instructions (such as fasting) provided at booking or by our staff. Results may be affected if instructions are not followed, and we may ask you to reschedule.

Health package pricing

Packages are offered at bundled, discounted pricing. No refund is issued for cancellation of an individual test within a package, or for a package left partially completed.

Report accuracy & medical advice

Reports are generated using validated laboratory methods and, where applicable, reviewed by a qualified pathologist. Reports are diagnostic aids and do not replace consultation with a treating physician.
